Also, it sounds to me like the commish isn't using the game to upload the file. This could mean that he has the updated file in a different directory and therefore the game obviously cannot retrieve it.

What can I do to access my saved game? What you guys are describing sounds like the saves were corrupted somehow. If you fill out a support ticket we can take a look at the saves and see if we can restore them.
